01 KoT cut
River Eletec’s proprietary KoT cut (OPAW technology) opens performance territory unreachable by conventional AT-cut crystals or MEMS oscillators. By eliminating PLLs and frequency multiplication circuits—major sources of noise—KoT cut technology enables fundamental-mode oscillation at frequencies up to 1 GHz. This architecture inherently suppresses jitter generation and delivers an exceptionally clean clock source required by AI servers, 6G communications, and other next-generation high-speed systems.
02 Electron Beam Sealing Method (EBS)
Our Electron Beam Sealing (EBS) method is a unique, proprietary technology that welds a metal lid to a ceramic package using a focused electron beam. Developed in-house and supported by over 25 years of commercial track record, EBS achieves sealing under high vacuum conditions (below 1 Pa) with heating times measured in milliseconds. This ultra-short, localized process minimizes damage to the crystal element while ensuring consistently high quality and long-term stability.
03 Metal Diffusion Sealing (MDS)
River Eletec has successfully mass-produced wafer-level packages through its proprietary Metal Diffusion Sealing (MDS) technology—an essential breakthrough for next-generation miniaturization. Our innovative Crystal Case®, which integrates the crystal resonator and package into a single structure, has already exceeded 15 million shipments with TFX-05X. Its outstanding reliability has been widely recognized and trusted in the market.
04 Photolithography technology
By applying semiconductor photolithography techniques to crystal MEMS processing, River Eletec has independently developed its own manufacturing processes and production equipment. Through sub-micron-level quality control, we achieve enhanced performance and consistent high quality, enabling precision structures that support advanced, high-frequency applications.
